1. Terms

1.1. The seller of goods offered in this online store SIA MIIJA Reg.nr. 40203266136, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement: The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

1.2. In accordance with these Terms, the Seller sells goods placed on the Seller's online store website www.mijahome.lv

1.3. The Regulations are valid in relation to the legal relations that arise in connection with the purchase of Goods from the Online Store between the Buyer and the owner of the procurement environment - the Seller at the Internet address www.mijahome.lv Legal relations arising from the purchase of Goods from the online store, in addition to these regulations, are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Latvia.

1.4. The seller has the right to change the terms of use of the online store or the prices of goods and services. The Seller informs the Buyer about the changes on the website www.mijahome.lv. The terms and prices in force at the time of the transaction apply to the transaction.

1.5. Any content information available at www.mijahome.lv is protected by Copyright Law. Use of data without approval is not permitted.

1.6. The buyer undertakes to use the services of the Online Store only for purposes that comply with the law and good customs.

2. Placing and receiving an order

2.1. By placing an order in the Online Store, the Buyer confirms that he has read the description of the selected product and / or service and that it meets the requirements and needs set by the Buyer.

2.2. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact personal data required for securing the order, the delivery address of the order and contact information when placing the order. In case of inaccurate data, the order may not be secured.

3. Payment and billing

3.1. By confirming the order, the buyer agrees to the payment and selection of the valid goods.

3.2. The buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product using the payment tools available in the Internet store.

3.3. The order can be paid for using Swedbank, SEB and Citadele internet banking and bank payment cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Visa Electron cards in EUR).

3.4. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer's bank details and credit card details.

3.5. Payment for the order is made to the specified SIA MIIJA account.

4. Ordering the product

4.1. If when the Buyer places an order, it becomes clear that the desired Goods are not in the Seller's warehouse and the Online Store cannot fulfill the given order, the full amount of the purchase is returned to the Buyer.

4.2. The images of the goods placed in the online store are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the Goods.

4.3. In order for the Buyer to shop in the online store, it is necessary to select the product / s by adding it to the "Shopping Cart".

4.4. After placing the selected items in the "Shopping Cart", click the "Pay" button.

4.5. After entering the required data and checking the correctness of the data, the Buyer confirms the order by pressing the "Confirm" button. After this step, the order is confirmed and sent to the seller.

4.6. After paying for the Product, the Online Store sends an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.

4.7. The Seller is not responsible for the impossibility of fulfilling the order and for any consequences arising from the data submitted by the Buyer, but incorrect.

4.8. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to execute the order if there are doubts about the accuracy and integrity of the data submitted to the Seller.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1. Delivery of the product depends on the type of delivery chosen by the Buyer.

5.2. The method of delivery in the Baltic States and the rest of Europe is a DPD parcel cabinet or a DPD courier. The Product arrives at the Buyer within 1-8 working days from the day of dispatch of the Product. In case the Buyer does not remove the Product from the DPD parcel box within 7 calendar days, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the costs related to the re-shipment of the product.

5.3. If the delivery method is a courier service, the Product will arrive at the address specified by the Buyer within 1 - 8 working days after the order confirmation.

5.4. In case the Product does not reach the Buyer in good condition, the Buyer must report it by sending a message to mija.mija@inbox.lv by e-mail.

5.5. Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and / or other local taxes and charges. The buyer is responsible for all tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees and customs clearance, VAT, etc. payment required by the importing country. They are not charged in advance by the seller and cannot be estimated - they vary from country to country. As an international buyer, please do some research to get an idea of the approximate additional costs. If you are unfamiliar with these questions, please contact your local post office or customs for more information. Before placing an order, you are solely responsible for the inspection of customs, duties and procedures in your country. In case the customs duties and fees are rejected during delivery, the order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for the cost of the shipment.

5.6. If the delivery is made by courier and you are not available at the delivery address specified by you, the supplier has the right to transfer the order to any other adult person present at the specified address at the time of delivery.

5.7. If delivery of the order is not possible due to your fault or circumstances beyond your control (you have entered the wrong address, you are not present at the specified address, the specified address cannot be accessed, etc.), the products will not be resent and the order will be canceled. In this case, you can only be refunded for the order, but the delivery fee is non-refundable.

5.8. Upon receipt of the order, you or your representative will check the conformity of the products with the ordered ones and sign an invoice, bill of lading or other delivery / acceptance document presented by the supplier at the time of delivery of the order. By signing an invoice, bill of lading or other delivery / acceptance document, you or your representative certifies that the products have been delivered in good condition. SIA “MIIJA” is not responsible for such deficiencies that were obvious at the time of delivery, but were not indicated in the order delivery confirmation.

6. Return of the order

6.1. The Buyer has the right to use the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of delivery of the Order. The buyer must write to mija.mija@inbox.lv e-mail to receive the return form.

6.2. Goods in open packaging are considered used and cannot be returned. The product must be unused and undamaged. When returning the product to the Seller, a printed order confirmation must be attached. Return costs are covered by the Buyer. The amount of the product is returned to the same current account from which the Buyer made the payment for the product.

6.3. The buyer is refunded the money within 7 working days from the day the returned goods are received.

6.4. The returned payment goes to the Buyer's bank account on the next banking day, but in case of using a credit card - in accordance with the Buyer's bank rules.

7. Protection of personal data

7.1. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can confirm the Buyer's order and organize the delivery of goods in accordance with the requirements of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

7.2. Personal data provided by buyers are processed in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and the requirements of other regulatory enactments of the EU and the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the processing and protection of personal data.

7.3. The Buyer agrees to the processing of his / her personal data specified in the registration, order and / or obtained using the Online Store for the purposes of order (contract) execution, including transfer to third parties for delivery, payment processing, buyer databases and statistics, as well as to ascertain the buyer's creditworthiness and ability to meet payment obligations.

7.4. The Seller retains the contact information of the Buyer, which has been received through the purchase, in order to send to the Buyer's e-mail or mobile phone the necessary information related to the purchase of the goods or commercial communications.
